These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through the Costa Gifts online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on product pages and at checkout are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of the statutory 21% Spanish IVA (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are dispatched from our Costa del Sol operations using automated courier routing via Packlink PRO. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU consumer regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Because our inventory consists of unique, handcrafted artisanal items (such as "The Shellbys" collections), returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in pristine condition.
